Sound effect tube (single colour)
These vintage looking tubes only require a 4.5 to 5 volt power supply to operate. The clear tube houses a built in
microphone which controls the white LED glow tube to react to sound. Another LED produces a orange glow at the base of the
tube mimicing the heating element found in original vacuum tubes. Unlike real vacuum tubes these draw very little current
and would run for many weeks on just 3 x AA battery cells. Inside there is a sound level adjustment potentiometer to help
match level when multiple valves are used together. Voltage: 4.5

These

tube glows when there is no sound, as the sound increases the the bottom of the glow tube illuminates. As the sound increases
the top of the glow tube start to diminishing. This mixing of light colours has an effect of a colour band raising and falling

the tube mimicing the heating element found in original vacuum tubes. The tubes draw very little current and would run for
many weeks on just 3 x AA battery cells. With no sound the white glow tube produces no light, as the sound increases the colour
at the bottom of the tube increases, when the sound reaches a louder level the top of the tube illuminates as it hits the
